Service Description

I'm so passionate about starting to teach these young kids how to develop their core, Flexibility, Strength and POWERHOUSE. I've been watching a lot of young kids of late with lower back, knee and hip issues/injuries. A strong Powerhouse and core help stabilise their growing bodies and helps keep their bodies flexible, pliable and strong at the same time. Great combo of Barre and Pilates will help these kids dramatically and teach them correct alignment and posture.
